Refunds & returns

Every vestment is printed on demand, for you, after you order it. Because nothing exists until you buy it, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size chosen in error.

Please use the size chart on the product page before ordering — it gives both the body measurement each size is cut to fit and the flat garment, so you can compare against a shirt you already own.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives defective, misprinted or damaged, or it is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Email a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free reprint or a full refund — whichever you would rather have. You do not need to send the original back.

Wrong address, or unclaimed

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we can reship it once you cover reshipping, or refund it less the original fulfilment cost.

Lost in transit

If tracking stops moving or nothing has arrived well past the delivery window on the product page, tell us. We will chase the carrier and reprint or refund rather than leave you arguing with them.
